In this spring-themed class, we'll go beyond the basics to learn both rare and classic pasta shapes, including semolina & egg-based doughs and fluffy, shaped ricotta dumplings. | $80 per person

This event is part of a 2-class series. Part 1, The Principles of Pasta: Basics will be held on Tuesday, April 30 and Tuesday, May 7 at 6:30 pm. Guests who attend Basics + Advanced classes will receive a 25% discount on beer/wine purchases.
